Solitaire: how to play
Classic Klondike solitaire with a twist: every deal is checked to be winnable before you get it. Send all four suits home from ace to king, with the Mogi gang on the face cards.
How to play
- Build columns down in alternating colours: red on black, black on red.
- Only a king can go in an empty column.
- Tap a card to send it to the best spot, or drag a card or a run yourself.
- Tap the deck to draw one card. Turning the deck over is free.
- If you get stuck, go through the deck twice without progress, or press RESTART, you lose a heart and the same deal starts again.
The five levels
- Neon City: every card dealt face up, to learn the moves
- Rooftops: classic face-down cards
- Sewer: kings and empty columns
- Robot Factory: watch your hearts
- Glitch Zone: still always winnable
Clear the Glitch Zone and the zones loop again with fresh deals, every one still possible to win. You have three hearts for the whole run, and the game is
the same for everyone each day, so you can compare scores. Press M to turn the sound off or on.
Tips
- Turn over face-down cards whenever you can: that's where the stuck cards hide.
- Don't empty a column unless you have a king ready for it.
- Send aces and twos home early.
Questions
Is every solitaire deal winnable?
Yes. A solver checks each deal before you play it.
Is it draw one or draw three?
Draw one, the friendlier version of Klondike.
Is it free?
Yes. Free in your browser, with keyboard shortcuts too (Space to draw, 1–7 for columns).
What happens when I get stuck?
Go through the deck twice with no progress and you lose a heart, then the same deal starts again so you can try a new plan.
