Mogi Dice: how to play
Mogi Dice is a five-dice scoring game with its own card of boxes, hosted by Bruno. Roll up to three times a turn, keep the dice you like, then score the roll in one box. Reach the level's target before the card is full. The card grows level by level, from the top six boxes to all thirteen, with 50 points for MOGI!, five of a kind.
How to play
- Each turn starts with a roll. Tap dice (or press 1–5) to keep them, then ROLL AGAIN (R or Space) for the rest. You get three rolls a turn.
- Then score the dice in one open box: tap it, or use ↑ ↓ and Enter. Each box takes one score, and a box can score 0.
- Ones to Sixes add up the dice showing that number. Score 63 or more across them for a 35-point bonus.
- Triple and Quad (three or four of a kind) score all five dice. Full House (three and a pair) is 25, a Short Run of four in a row 30, a Long Run of five 40, MOGI! 50, and Chance takes any roll for its total.
- Reach the target to clear the level. Fill the card below it and you lose one of your three hearts and get a fresh card.
The five levels
- Neon City: the top six boxes only: reach 42
- Rooftops: Triple, Quad and Chance join: reach 100
- Sewer: Full House and the runs join: reach 170
- Robot Factory: the full card, with MOGI!: reach 200
- Glitch Zone: only two rolls a turn: reach 160
Clear the Glitch Zone and the levels loop again with every target 10% higher. You have three hearts for the whole run, and the game is
the same for everyone each day, so you can compare scores. Press M to turn the sound off or on.
Tips
- Aim for three of each number up top: that's exactly 63 and the bonus.
- Save Chance for a bad roll late in the card.
- Chasing MOGI!? Four of a kind with a roll left is a fair shot; with less, take a safer box.
Questions
What is MOGI!?
Five dice showing the same number. From the Robot Factory on it has its own box, worth 50 points.
Are the dice the same for everyone?
Yes. The dice come from the day's seed, so anyone who keeps the same dice gets the same rolls.
What happens if I miss the target?
You lose a heart and get a fresh card. Each miss lowers that level's target by 8%, but never below 70% of where it started.
Is it free?
Yes. Mogi Dice is free in your browser on phones, tablets and computers, with no download.
